I have DRAWS full of neutral makeup, so much of it. So now when I browse my local makeup aisle I'm more drawn to makeup I wouldn't normally think to wear outside house. It's a great way to expand my collection while trying new things. I was browsing Chi Chi Cosmetics when I saw this brightly hued baby.
